Muji Chatin Neej


  1.  1/2 kg muji preferably red (Radish).
  2. Salt to taste.
  3. 4 hari mirchi (green chillies).
  4. 1 cup curd.
  5. 1 tea spoon buna hua zeera (roasted cumin).
  6. 4 akhrot (walnuts)  optional.
  1. Clean and wash the muji properly.
  2. Grate the muji on a miji krond (box grater) and squeeze of the excess sap.
  3. Put in a bowl, add salt, cut chillies, zeera, walnuts and curd.
  4. Mix well and serve.
